I've just finished running a 4 week leadership development program for a group of leaders at an Australian organisation & I've loved the appetite of the leaders to embrace new concepts, new perspectives, to push themselves and get uncomfortable. This program yet again re-affirmed for me the belief the belief that great leadership really is multi-dimensional.
