There are many attributes that great leaders possess, which enables them to effectively lead and influence their teams. What is disappointing is that some leaders do not demonstrate these attributes, or worse still, don't believe they need to have them. Here are 4 which I believe are pivotal to our ability to be exceptional leaders.
